When I discovered Donna Eden’s Energy Routine on YOUTube in 2016, I committed to trying it for just two weeks. I had struggled for 25 years with recurring migraines, chronic discomfort, and the challenges of autoimmune issues, and nothing I tried seemed to provide lasting relief.

 

I thought, “Why not? It’s free and it can’t hurt.”

 

That quick routine of super simple postures and stretches, became the first step on a transformational journey. I discovered how managing my own subtle energies could regulate my nervous system, reduce my stress and improve my well-being. It also inspired my new career in Eden Energy Medicine.

 

I know what it’s like to live with chronic pain and fatigue, the worry that each day might be limited by discomfort and the frustration of trying so many approaches, and still finding myself stuck. Through consistent energy practice, I learned how to support my own subtle energy systems, creating more ease, clarity and balance in my life. I now wake up with renewed energy, go through my day with focus and resilience, and end each evening feeling empowered instead of drained.

 

These experiences inspired me to guide others in reconnecting with their own energy. Energy work supports the body’s natural ability to regain balance, helping you feel lighter, more centered, and more energized in daily life. Each person’s experience is unique, but the tools and practices I share help create space for vitality, focus, and joy — so you can thrive, not just survive.
