For many years, I struggled with recurring migraines and ongoing health challenges that deeply impacted my daily life. Through exploring Eden Energy Medicine and learning to work with my body in a new way, I experienced profound personal shifts.
That journey changed everything.

It inspired me to study and practice energy work so I could support others in reconnecting with their bodies and rediscovering their own resilience.
While every person's experience is unique, I've seen how powerful it can be when the body is supported, listened to, and given space to rebalance.
MY MISSION
It has become my mission to help those who are struggling to find balance. I hope to EDUCATE and EMPOWER others to achieve their own ENERGY WELLNESS
and restore long lost hope.
There were no local practitioners in the Rochester, NY area when I learned about Donna Eden's work.I traveled hours to see one, but now I am proudly serving this community.
